Preliminary TaskThe aim of this task is for me to develop my skills by starting off with a preliminary exercise. This is so i could get used to programs like InDesign and Photoshop and learn different things about them. Doing the preliminary task would help me fully develop a final outcome for the main task.
For this task i need to produce a front page and a contents page for a new college magazine. I am going to need to analyze 2 college magazine front covers and 2 college magazine contents pages; this is so i can gather ideas for the design of my college magazine. When i have finished analyzing the college magazines i will move on to designing my own contents page and front cover (for my college magazine), using the analysis of the college magazines for help with layout and other things. After that i am going to take pictures for the front cover (cover image). Then i will start to make my college magazine front cover and contents page, and when i have finished i will evaluate the whole preliminary task. |
